"Very Poor"
Owner hires tweakers to work on the run down motel while we were sleeping. This continued throughout the night. Did not sleep and will never come back to this motel. Flooring was buckled up from toilet flooding, look around the toilet it has moldy chalking. Floors are filthy as if it has never been cleaned. Rooms have been smoked in especially with the smoke alarms laying on the table disconnected. Door are dirty especially around the handles. I wouldnt bring my family to this place not even if it was free. The bedding has cigarette burns. It seems as if its a place for prostitution and tweakers it doesnt get much business. Overall it disgusting and will never return here to rest my head.

Price price and more price. You get more than you pay for here. Very nicely done for such a high traffic motel. Each night an interesting and diverse group showed up. I liked our first room better than the second. My husband like the second room better than the first. Go figure.

This is a cozy room for less than $100 a night, just for sleeping, it was great. We initially had the room above the office, and could hear everything from there, but the very friendly man who checked us in gave us another room towards the back, with a much nicer vibe. There is a great travel shop in a car wash across the street with some unique gifts, and several restaurants within walking distance, such as Betsys diner (family owned since 1981). We had a fat delicious breakfast before heading off to Uvas Canyon (reservations a must). Pro: helpful staff, great location, spacious, fairly clean, no bugs, and comfy bed. Also several movie channels. Con: dated, no mic, fridge or coffee maker (in our room anyway)

The motel is close to downtown Morgan Hill and was quiet and felt safe throughout my stay. The owner, Mr. Patel, also was friendly and seemed to care about the well-being of his guests. The motel is a work in progress, but Mr. Patel is seeking to improve it and is taking the initiative.
